<ing><amt><qty>0.25</qty><unit>C</unit></amt><item>butter or oleo</item></ing>

    <directions><ul>
	<li>Saute squash and onions in 1 stick butter or oleo until soft.  </li>
	<li>Add eggs and 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs.  If too dry add just a little milk to moisten.  If not firm enought add more Ritz cracker crumbs.  To crush crumbs simply put Ritz crackers in a freezer ziploc bag and crush with your rolling pin.  The kids love to help with this.</li>
	<li>Put in buttered baking dish.</li>
	<li>Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup of Ritz Cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter.</li>
	<li>Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.</li>
