Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. 

Place all ingredients in a bowl in the above order.

Beat at low speed with a mixer for 1 minute.

Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes

Spoon batter into greased & floured pans.

Bake 45-60 minutes.

Let cool in the pans.
