Delicious cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 10 oz cracker barrel sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 ea sm onion, grated
  • 12 oz philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1⁄3 C mayonnaise
  • 6 oz pecan pieces

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except pecans with mixer till blended. DO NOT USE A BLENDER. Chill several hours or overnight. Shape into ball and roll in pecans.

Best served with Townhouse Crackers.
