Description

Monster Cookies are one of my family's favorite cookies.  

Ingredients

  • 1 doz eggs
  • 2 lb brown sugar
  • 4 C white sugar
  • 3 lb peanut butter
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Karo white syrup
  • 8 tsp baking soda
  • 18 C oatmeal
  • 1 lb chocolate chips and M&M candies

Instructions

Mix everything together well.  Use ice cream scoop to mold cookies, flatten.  Place cookies on large cookie sheet -about 6 cookies per sheet- and bake 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. 

Notes

There is 1 pound each of the chocolate chips and M&M candies.  

The ice cream scoop makes these a BIG cookie.  I usually don't make them any smaller because my family expects the BIG ones.  I usually use my big canner to mix these in.  Be prepared to be baking all day.  These freeze well!!  I hope you and yours enjoy these as much as we do.
