Are You Over-Booked, Over-Stressed & Out of Christmas JOY?  The Christmas Coach is Here to Help!

Food to Go - Christmas Organizing Express Step 15

It seems like everytime you turn around you need to take another item to one more place!  Keep in mind that some of the easiest things are the best crowd pleasers.  Here are some ideas:

¨ Deviled Eggs - they usually disappear before you can turn around and if you have one of those wonderful egg cookers it makes it all that much easier to make them.

¨ Chex Mix - buy the cereal, peanuts, pretzels and spices and do it in the microwave!  It only takes around 15 minutes from start to finish doing it this way and is just as good as doing it in the oven!

¨ Make a chocolate cake in a bunt pan, use canned whipped frosting to frost it and then crush candy canes up and sprinkle all over the cake!  Easy, festive and tastes great!

¨ Mom's Favorite - the recipe for this is below and I know my mom got the idea from someone else but I have no idea who!  All it is is canned crab meat, cocktail sauce, cream cheese, and crackers!  It is a great crowd pleaser and is so easy to make!

¨ Fruit and Dip - either cut up some fresh fruit yourself or go to a grocery store that has a salad bar and buy your fruit off of it all ready for you!  Now add some type of dipping sauce - marshmallow creme and creme cheese, carmel dip, chocolate dip, etc.

¨ Fantasy Fudge - I use the recipe off of the marshmallow cream jar - it is really easy to make just do not make it on a cloudy or overcast day as it will cause it not to turn out right.

¨ If nothing else stop by a bakery and get something yummy from there!

Hope this gave you some ideas!  Think quick and simple!
