Are You Over-Booked, Over-Stressed & Out of Christmas JOY? The Christmas Coach is Here to Help!
Giving Gifts from Within Your Home
Gifts can from many different places but the ones that can be the easiest can come from within your home. Gifts from within your home can take on many different meanings—today we will talk about four different meanings, Gifts of Honor, Shopping from Within Your Home and Shopping From Your Home.
Take a look around your house and think about the things that mean a little extra to you and why it has that sentimental value to it. Is there items in your house that people on your gift list would cherish because of a memory they have with the item that you have? If so consider giving it as a Christmas gift to that person, especially if you are not currently using it and it will probably be one of their most cherished gifts this Christmas. Honor that person with a special gift that only you hold the key to giving at this time—and be sure to let them know why you have chosen now to give them a Gift of Honor.
Do you have a place where you keep the gifts you purchase all throughout the year? If you do I bet you have things in there that are not assigned to anyone yet—I know I do! If this is the case with you do what I will be doing this year—Shopping from Within Your Home. What exactly does this mean? Well very simply, before you go and purchase items at the store evaluate all the items in your gift closet and see if there is not someone on your gift list you can give that gift to—not only does it save you a trip out, it reduces the amount of items in your gift closet!
As gas prices continue to go up, we all are looking for simple ways to cut fuel costs and one simple way is Shopping From Your Home. For most of us this will mean on the internet but for some it will be catalogs or home shopping on T.V., such as QVC. Most everything you could ever want to purchase can be found somewhere on the internet, in a catalog or through a home shopping channel for purchase—often with free shipping and other discounts. In today’s world you can buy everything from groceries to fix your Christmas goodies and dinners to Christmas trees and greenery and gifts that can be wrapped and delivered directly to where it needs to go. One tip about shopping this way though is to do it early to avoid having to pay expedited shipping charges—plan ahead now and save on gas and time by shopping from your home.
