Description
This recipe is so sweet and savory that some people like to eat it for their dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 C sugar
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ea 15 oz. can pineapple chunks, drain
- 1 ea 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 ea sleeve ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1 ea stick butter, melted
Instructions
Mix first five ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crackers and butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly.
