Eggnog Pie

Description

I made this recipe many years ago and forgot about it until recently! If you like eggnog, you will like this simple pie! If I recall correctly, I came up with is around 1995!

Ingredients

  • 1 C cold eggnog
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 1⁄4 C coolwhip, thawed
  • 1 ea graham pie crust
  • 1 ea box, vanilla instant pudding

Instructions

Pour eggnog into a bowl; add pudding, extract and nutmeg.

Beat with mixer on low.

(Or pour into a stand mixer and beat)

Let stand 5 minutes.

Fold in 2 cups of cool whip.

Spoon mixture into piecrust.

Chill until firm.

Spoon on remaining cool whip.

Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
