Description
Delicious cheeseball
Ingredients
- 10 oz cracker barrel sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 ea sm onion, grated
- 12 oz philadelphia cream cheese
- 1⁄3 C mayonnaise
- 6 oz pecan pieces
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except pecans with mixer till blended. DO NOT USE A BLENDER. Chill several hours or overnight. Shape into ball and roll in pecans.
Notes
Best served with Townhouse Crackers.
