Description
I always get oohs and awes when I bring this to the family gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 ea pastry dough
- 1 C sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
- 1⁄2 tsp ground clove
- 1 1⁄2 C canned 100% pumpkin
- 1 1⁄2 C evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 C whole milk
- 2 ea eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a pie pan with the pastry dough. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Pour into the lined pie pan. Bake for 10 minutures, then lower the heat to 300 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes or until filling is firm. Cover crust edge with foil if it starts to over cook.
