Rhubarb Jam

Description
A wonderful, colorful jam that's just unusual enough to be intriguing to others - but once they taste it, it will become a favorite!
Ingredients
- 5 C rhubarb, cut small
- 4 C sugar
- 24 oz crushed pineapple
- 4 oz strawberry jell-o
Instructions
Let first two ingredients sit overnight. Add remaining ingredients; boil slowly for 12 minutes. Stir and pour into jars.
Notes
I use less sugar, or it gets way too sweet for me. I also hot-water-bath the jars, JUST to make sure they seal. This is SOOOOOOO good!!!!
Yield is ten half-pint jars.
