Description
Moist, perfect banana bread that people will RAVE over, I promise!
Ingredients
- C sugar
- 1⁄4 C butter
- 1 ea egg
- 3 ea bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 1⁄2 C flour
Instructions
Combine sugar and butter until fluffy; add egg. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in slow - 275 degree - oven until testing done. Remove from oven and cool 1 minutes before turning out of pan.
Notes
This is REALLY much better if you use four bananas! It may make the cooking time a little longer, but it will be really moist.
