Description
Monster Cookies are one of my family's favorite cookies. Â
Ingredients
- 1 doz eggs
- 2 lb brown sugar
- 4 C white sugar
- 3 lb peanut butter
- 1 lb butter
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp Karo white syrup
- 8 tsp baking soda
- 18 C oatmeal
- 1 lb chocolate chips and M&M candies
Instructions
Mix everything together well. Use ice cream scoop to mold cookies, flatten. Place cookies on large cookie sheet -about 6 cookies per sheet- and bake 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.Â
Notes
There is 1 pound each of the chocolate chips and M&M candies. Â
The ice cream scoop makes these a BIG cookie. I usually don't make them any smaller because my family expects the BIG ones. I usually use my big canner to mix these in. Be prepared to be baking all day.  These freeze well!! I hope you and yours enjoy these as much as we do.
