Italian dressing seasoning mix gift

2006 Christmas I found a great recipe on line for Italian dressing seasoning mix. I made up 6 batchs of this seasoning mix. I put them in Holiday bags along with olive oil, a box fat free Crutons, a whisk, and a cruet bottle. I  included the recipe so they can make more seasoning in the future.
Now for 2007, I will look for something different to make. Anyone for ideas?
