I live in Ohio but every holiday season we go to nearby Wheeling, West Virginia to see the Oglebay Festival of Lights.
It's a spectacular display that will literally take you at least an hour of driving around to see it all! I think they offer paid rides but we always prefer to drive around in our own car at our own pace.
This year the Festival of Lights runs from November 8, 2006 ~ January 7, 2007
