Gifts - Inexpensive Heartfelt Gifts

Dear Christmas Coach, 

Although I love my extended family dearly, I hate feeling "obligated" to give gifts when I don't feel they are appreciated (never a thank you!) or reciprocated. However, do to upbringing, and let's face it - guilt, I feel I must give something. I need some help coming up with heartfelt ideas that are inexpensive and not too time consuming - so I can give with love and not feel that I'm wasting time and money on people who just could really care less.
