Are You Over-Booked, Over-Stressed & Out of Christmas JOY?  The Christmas Coach is Here to Help!

Make-ahead foods

I will be out of town on Christmas Eve but hosting Christmas brunch at my house the next day. Needless to say, I am going to have to do some foods ahead of time. Do you have any suggestions? This is a brunch. Thanks! Mary

Ideas

Fruit Cabobs that can be made ahead of time using strawberries, grapes, star fruit, pineapple, etc. fruit that doesn't turn

Breakfast Casserole (I do one with eggs, sausage, cheese and cresant rolls - let me know if you want the recipe)

Cheeses

DELI TRAY from Sam's Club along with croisants - YUMMY (this is what we do on Christmas Eve.)

Chex Mix

Christmas Candies and Cookies for dessert

Freezing Single Portions

Here's a suggestion for meatloaf, omelettes, etc. Cook them in cupcake pans or small flutes(?) and freeze. That way you will have single or multiple servings to thaw as needed and they will look very elegant. Saintedcajun

Thank you for the ideas. I

Thank you for the ideas. I especially like the fruit kabobs and casserole. And, yes, I would love the recipe if you don't mind. Thanks!
