Gift Journaling Prompts
Journaling Prompts for Gifts
- Write down your 5 most memorable gifts
- Why were these gifts so memorable?
- Could the same type of gift from you to someone be as memorable?
- Whom do you have on your gift list that might like this type of gift?
- What other memorable gifts could you give that will create a lasting memory for the people in your life?
- Write down 5 gifts you would most treasure having
- Are these items something that others can give you?
- Do others know this is something you would like?
- Can you think of a creative way to tell them without just "laying it on the table" so to speak? For example – if you would treasure a dinner at home while someone else watches the kids you might drop a hint that on a Christmas site you saw some great ideas for gifts people treasure that do not cost much and how neat that would be.
- Write down five things that would help you in your life if you received it as a gift.
- Have you added these gifts to YOUR Christmas list?
- Do you even have your Christmas list started? If not then start one for yourself NOW.
Take five people names on your list and write down one item that you could give them that they might treasure.
For example – my mother loved daisies and I still have things of hers to "hand out" to my grandmother, aunt, and uncles. I thought I might make some type of daisy box filled with pictures and other small keepsakes as part of their Christmas gifts this year.
