New Cookbook

Well when I was at Sam's this past month I found a great new cookbook to use in my Christmas baking.  It is called Top Secret Recipes.   I plan to use the book to create meals at home during the holiday that will make us feel like we are eating out.  One of my favorite is Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole! 

I will be looking at getting other versions of this book if there are recipes in it that I would like to make. 

This will make a great addition to my holiday meals and maybe I can find some recipes to put items on my "food tray" gifts.

I received one of my all-time favorite cookbooks this past Christmas....and that is saying a lot as I have a collection of over 1500 cookbooks.....It is called the

The America's Test Kitchen Cookbook

This is an excellent cookbook for anyone wanting to make simple, non-fussy food that use basic ingredients and the instructions are very user-friendly. The price of $28 may seem a bit high, but cookbook prices have skyrocketed the last few years......Give this cookbook a look next time you are in the bookstore.
