Little by Little Stockings are Filled

Stockings

I buy stocking stuffers at all times of the year, whenever I happen to see something small that is more of a stocking stuffer item & is appropriate for the receiver, whether for my husband or our 2 small dogs. Usually I have one drawer of my dresser that I set aside for this, sometimes it may take two drawers as Christmas nears.

Then when Christmas gets really close, I find a time when my husband will be away for a while and put the dogs in their crate for a nap long enough to take the stocking items out & wrap them and go ahead and stuff the stocking.

Then on Christmas Eve, all I have to do is add any edibles.

I have already got most of my husbands stocking stuff,, I love wrapping them so it is a special thing. We always try to get each other a new novel each year of an authour that we are sure they have never read,, but are sure they would like. I got him a Michael Connelly book, and he just went to the library and brought home,,, yeah,, you guessed. Anyway,, I will give this one to one of the kids. I did get him a coaster for his dest,,, it has a saying that I thought was cute. "If you ever leave me, you better take me with you!"
