Christmas Stamps

Number 10 on Krisann's excellent list of "10 Tips on Preparing Your Christmas Cards" mentions buying your stamps early to avoid long lines in the post office. I suggest going one better! Order your holiday stamps online and your mailman will bring them right to your door -- at absolutely no additional cost to you!
Just go to www.usps.com and in about 60 seconds your order will be placed, saving you the expense of gas, the hassle of a busy parking lot, and anywhere from minutes to hours in travel and waiting in line time -- depending on when you go and how busy your PO is.
Your stamps should arrive in your mailbox within a day or two after your order is placed.ÂÂ

As Christmas 2007 draws near keep in mind the post office will put the new Christmas stamps on sale in early October - be on the watch for them and buy early - online or at your local post office.ÂÂ

Re: Christmas Stamps
Hmmm... on the original post in this topic I chose red for my font, but it's showing up as white here. What does everyone else see?

Hi Connie~!
I'm sorry, I don't know when the stamps will be released, but if I remember last year correctly the date of release was listed on the website at least a month in advance.

I found it - Oct 26 and 27

Also, on my original "Christmas Stamps" post there was no link at the bottom to post a reply, but there WAS a link on the second post I created (replying to the first post). Is that confusing enough for you? LOL Also, my signature is now showing up in my posts, guess it just took a little while to "take".
Oh, and also the font in my first reply was red, but the original post which was supposed to be red is still showing as white. Some text (especially on the preview page) in posts is showing as scrolling too far to the right, outside of the "lines", if that makes any sense. LOL This is hard to explain!
I hope all of this helps. :) OOops, I hit an extra return in this post, then hit backspace and my font color all of a sudden defaulted to this black. Hmmmm.... kinky! LOL
