Are You Over-Booked, Over-Stressed & Out of Christmas JOY? The Christmas Coach is Here to Help!
Composing Christmas Book Series
Composing Christmas is a series of books dedicated to helping you prepare and plan for the Christmas season instead of just letting the Christmas season "happen." If you get to the day after Christmas feeling let down, missing Christ in the season, in debt, stressed out or feeling the whole experience was less than you wanted, then this book is for you!
When you hear the word compose, you may think of music, but it is much more than that. When I first looked up the word compose in the Webster's New World Dictionary (Modern Desk Edition - 1971), I had a light bulb moment! Definition 2 states: "to put in proper form" and definition 4 states: "to settle; make calm." As The Christmas Coach, my goal is to help others put their Christmas in order, based on their desires, which will also help to make the Christmas season a little calmer and less stressful. From the word "compose" I used each letter of the word to create outlines for the main topics throughout the book.
C stands for Call to Action. Journaling is a big part of getting organized for Christmas and in your Call to Action you are prompted to answer a question about the topic.
O stands for Organizing. In each topic you will be prompted to complete a form to help you organize aspects of the topic.
M stands for Manage. Making sure you add items to your calendar is a critical part of being organized for Christmas. In each topic you are prompted to add something to your calendar, helping you to see the big picture of activities and events during Christmas.
P stands for Preparation. When this area of the topic is discussed, you will be guided to create a to-do list or perform a task that will help you prepare for an aspect of the topic.
O stands for Obstacle. There is always an issue that seems like a stumbling block during the holiday season. Here you will find a solution to an obstacle that has been submitted to Christmas Organizing, along with a solution.
S stands for Streamline. Reducing stress is the goal in this area by giving you ideas of how to combine aspects of the topic to help reduce your stress a little more.
E stands for Engage. Having your family help you in each area of getting ready for Christmas not only allows them to play an active part in preparing for Christmas, but also helps take some of the stress off of you to do "everything" yourself. In each topic you will be given an idea to help engage your family.
