My Christmas List . . .
Submitted by Krisann Blair on Wed, 08/22/2007 - 23:23.Ok I am already being asked by family what I want for Christmas and I have to admit that I have not really worked on my list. I know I want some egg cups, a particular down pillow but beyond that I am not sure. My grandmother already has all of my family's gifts bought and wrapped except for me so I guess I have to get out my notebook and do some serious thinking!

Not going great . . .
Submitted by Krisann Blair on Thu, 09/21/2006 - 19:36.Ok so my cleaning plan is not going as planned. While I have been working in one room a day for 30 minutes I have failed to get one room completely done!!!! I am making great strides in places so I think the final result will be great BUT it is discouraging in the meantime!

Christmas quilt
Submitted by snowflake on Mon, 03/17/2008 - 15:17.I am going to finish a wildlife quilt for my 3 year old grandson today, hopefully. Also there is a sale at our local Kings store and I'm going to go and pick up pretty dishtowels for .99 apiece for neighbor gifts. I'm giving them with knitted dishcloths and a "Hillbilly washer and dryer" poem along with them. I give about 30 neighbor gifts every year, so it's important to get them on sale.

Grandkids Christmas
Submitted by snowflake on Tue, 03/04/2008 - 20:44.I've been thinking of my five grandkids and what to do for them this Christmas. I have plenty of time to work on it, and I have a tradition of giving each of them something handmade from Grandma. I have done hooded bath towels and crocheted afghans for nap time in the past. I have made each grand-daughter a Raggedy Ann doll and the each child some knitted mittens. I'm still thinking for 2008.
